The only thing you need to buy is a pair of wrestling shoes (Approximately $35. We provide everything else (Singlet, shorts and shirt). Your wrestler gets to keep their uniform after the season is done.

BEGINNER/NOVICE/CASUAL

Monday - practice 6:00pm - 6:55pm

Tuesday - practice 6:00pm - 6:55pm

Wednesday - Strength and Conditioning starting mid season

Thursday - practice - 6:00pm - 6:55pm

Saturday or Sunday - Tournament (optional)

ADVANCED/COMPETITIVE

Monday - practice 7:00pm - 8:15pm

Tuesday - practice 7:00pm - 8:15pm

Wednesday - Strength and Conditioning 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Thursday - practice 7:00pm - 8:20pm

Saturday or Sunday - Tournament (optional)

While it may look like a lot, please understand that we believe in OFFERING a very robust program with multiple opportunities for your wrestler to get on the mat. We know everyone is very busy and by offering multiple days, it allows families more freedom.

Please think of it as a buffet. You get to pick. Nothing is mandatory. You can come as little or as much as you want. The choice is yours.
